To celebrate National Storytelling Week children from Kids 1st Nurseries and residents of Helen McArdle Care will be meeting up to share in readings of timeless children’s stories.
Our People
At Kids 1st Nurseries we recognise that it is our people that make us successful and that to offer the very best in childcare and education we must continually involve our team in sharing our vision. We recognise that the childcare in our nurseries isn’t down to individuals but the team as a whole; each member of staff has their own roles and responsibilities which provides a synergistic effect.
Each nursery is run by an experienced Nursery Manager who is supported by strong senior staff and a team of dedicated childcare professionals. All of our nurseries adhere to Ofsted Welfare requirements with regard to staff:child ratios. Each Kids 1st Nursery has their own dedicated Chef and Housekeeper.
The Kids 1st Senior Management Team is made up of seven people who are highly qualified in their profession and passionate about the care and education of children.
