Kids 1st Durham is situated in the city centre in the grounds of Durham University Hospital. The nursery has 110 places and is split into rooms depending on age group and level of development. There is lots of outdoor space where your child can get as much fresh air and exercise as desired.

In November 2009 Kids 1st Durham was awarded an Outstanding Ofsted Report.

As an extra addition to the curriculum, children at Kids 1st Durham participate in modern language lessons and music and movement. The children are also taken out on visits throughout the year and the nursery regularly hosts social evenings and family events.

A complimentary ‘Coffee to Go’ breakfast service is available for parents every morning.
