Head of Childcare N.N.E.B, D.P.Q.SAs the Head of Childcare of Kids 1st Nurseries Allison Winship is a key member of the team. She has over 30 years experience in childcare and holds both childcare and management qualifications. Allison’s role within the company is to oversee the design and construction of the nurseries, to develop and write policies and procedures, and to train and mentor all members of staff.
